A great way to use your powdered milk.

1 cup ice water
3/4 cup powdered milk
1/3 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons cocoa
1 1/2 cups ice
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil (this is an emulsifier)
additional crushed ice
Place first 6 ingredients in the blender and blend at highest setting until smooth. Add additional ice, 1/2 cup at a time until of desired consistency (I end up adding another 2 cups or so because I like it thick). Serve immediately.
